The Expand Lab is a done-for-you online course creation agency in Austin, Texas, and Skool is one of our three core platforms. Through the 100-Day Build we design, build and launch community-led courses, memberships and coaching programs on Skool: classroom modules, the community, gamification, offers and checkout, email and the launch itself. $7,000 to $9,500, project-based.

Skool is a community-first platform: the course lives inside a paid community, with classroom modules, discussion and gamification driving engagement and completion. A Skool build is as much about the community model and the member experience as it is about the lessons, and that is what we design first.
Skool is simple to open and easy to leave half-built. An agency owns the whole outcome: the offer, the classroom structure, the gamification that keeps people showing up, and the launch that fills it. One team runs strategy, build and launch together so the community actually converts and retains.
A typical Skool build turns a scattered set of ideas into a live, paid community: a structured classroom, levels that reward progress, an onboarding flow that gets new members to a first win fast, and a launch that fills the first cohort with your warmest people.
You can see real results, across platforms, on the results page.
Skool wins when the offer is community-first, with discussion, accountability and gamification at the center. Kajabi wins when you want polished standalone courses, memberships and email in one place. GoHighLevel wins when the course should live inside a CRM with heavy automation. We pick based on your architecture, not habit.

The 100-Day Build is $7,000 to $9,500, project-based, whether you build on Skool, Kajabi or GoHighLevel. That covers strategy, curriculum, the community and classroom setup, offers, automations and launch. This is separate from Skool's own monthly platform fee. Payment plans are available for qualified clients.
Yes. Skool hosts paid communities with classroom modules, so your course lives inside the community and members pay to join. We design the offer, structure the classroom, set up checkout, and connect the email and automations around it.
Skool charges a single flat monthly fee for the platform, separate from our build fee, and we confirm the current rate with you during Architecture. There are no per-member or transaction tiers to plan around, which keeps the math simple.
Skool is stronger when the offer is community-first, with discussion, accountability and gamification at the center. Kajabi is stronger when you want polished standalone courses, memberships and email in one place. We recommend the platform that fits your offer during Architecture, not by default.
About 100 days from kickoff to live, the same as any 100-Day Build. Skool setup itself is fast; the time goes into strategy, curriculum and the launch.
The full build: offer and pricing strategy, curriculum, the community and classroom structure, gamification, checkout, onboarding, the email and automation layer connected to Skool, design, and the launch. You record your content; we build and connect everything else.

Yes. We wire the checkout, connect your email platform, and build the automations for enrollment, onboarding and nurture around Skool, tested before anyone joins.
Yes. Skool is built for ongoing communities, memberships and cohort rounds, and we build the enrollment windows, onboarding and communication flows to match.
No. If you do not have Skool yet we set it up with you, and if you do we build inside your existing community. Either way you own the account and everything in it.
Book a call and we’ll map your Skool build, what it includes and what it costs. If Skool is not the right fit, I’ll tell you that too.
