A course inside your CRM: what GoHighLevel gives you

GoHighLevel puts your course, memberships, funnels, pipelines, email and SMS in one system, so the same platform that hosts the course also runs the marketing and client management behind it. That is powerful, and it is a lot to wire correctly, which is exactly the part we handle.

Why hire an agency instead of wiring GoHighLevel yourself

GoHighLevel can do almost anything, which is why it is so easy to get lost in. An agency owns the whole outcome: the offer, the course, the funnels and the automation backbone, built and tested together. One team runs strategy, build and launch so the pieces connect instead of half-working in isolation.

What we build in GoHighLevel

  • Memberships and courses
  • Funnels and checkout
  • Pipelines and CRM setup
  • Email and SMS automations
  • Calendars and booking
  • Onboarding and member experience
  • SaaS mode setup (when you resell the platform)
  • Design matched to your brand

What a GoHighLevel build looks like

A typical GoHighLevel build turns a scattered stack of tools into one system: the course and membership, the funnels that sell them, and the pipelines, email and SMS automations that move people from first touch to enrolled to retained, all in one place and tested end to end.

You can see real results, across platforms, on the results page.

GoHighLevel vs Kajabi for coaches (and when Skool fits)

GoHighLevel wins when you want the course inside a CRM with heavy automation, pipelines, SMS and client management, or when you plan to resell the software. Kajabi wins when you want a polished, standalone course and membership with less setup. Skool wins when the offer is community-first. We pick based on your architecture, not habit.

FAQ

GoHighLevel build questions

How much does it cost to build a course in GoHighLevel?

The 100-Day Build is $7,000 to $9,500, project-based, whether you build in GoHighLevel, Kajabi or Skool. That covers strategy, curriculum, the memberships and courses, funnels, automations and launch. This is separate from your GoHighLevel subscription. Payment plans are available for qualified clients.

Does GoHighLevel host video?

GoHighLevel plays video inside its memberships and courses, and we typically host the files on a dedicated video host like Vimeo, YouTube or Wistia and embed them. That keeps playback fast and your storage costs down while everything still lives in one member experience.

GoHighLevel vs Kajabi for coaches: which is better?

GoHighLevel fits when you want the course to live inside a CRM with heavy automation, pipelines, SMS and client management, or when you plan to resell the software. Kajabi fits when you want a polished, standalone course and membership experience with less setup. We recommend based on your architecture.

Can GoHighLevel run memberships and courses?

Yes. GoHighLevel has native memberships and courses, and we build the products, member experience, funnels and automations around them so the whole thing runs from one platform.

What's included in a done-for-you GoHighLevel build?

The full build: offer and pricing strategy, curriculum, memberships and courses, funnels and checkout, pipelines, email and SMS automations, calendars and booking where you need them, design, and the launch. You record your content; we build and connect everything else.

Do you set up automations, pipelines and SMS?

Yes. Automations, pipelines, email and SMS are where GoHighLevel is strongest, and they are a core part of every build, wired and tested before a single person buys.

What is SaaS mode, and do you set it up?

SaaS mode lets you resell GoHighLevel as your own branded software to clients. If reselling the platform is part of your model we set it up; if it is not, we skip it and keep the build focused on your course and launch.

How long does a GoHighLevel build take?

About 100 days from kickoff to live, the same as any 100-Day Build. The platform setup is fast; the time goes into strategy, curriculum, the automation backbone and the launch.

Do I need my own GoHighLevel account?

No. If you do not have GoHighLevel yet we set it up with you, and if you do we build inside your existing account or sub-account. Either way you own it and everything in it.

Can you migrate my course into GoHighLevel?

Yes. We migrate your course, content and members into GoHighLevel and rebuild the funnels and automations around them, so you move without losing what you have. Migration scope is set in the proposal.
