The 100-Day Build is $7,000 to $9,500, project-based, for the full design, build and launch of your course or program on Kajabi, Skool or GoHighLevel. Most clients pay 50% up front and the balance at the Build phase. Payment plans are available for qualified clients. The Content & Marketing Retainer after launch is $2,000 to $3,000/month.

One scope, six components, all handled by us. The full breakdown is on the What’s Included page.
Offer design, pricing, positioning, and the full offer ladder.
Modules, lessons, worksheets, and the transformation arc.
Full setup in Kajabi, Skool, or GoHighLevel, whichever fits your build.
Sales page, offer pages, opt-ins, and checkout, written to sound like you.
Enrollment, onboarding, nurture, and post-purchase flows, wired and tested.
The launch campaign and the post-launch review that tells you what to change.
Everything specified in your proposal ships by day 100, or we keep working at no additional cost until it does.
The scope is in writing before we start, so there is no guessing what “finished” means.
A freelancer will build one piece, a sales page or a course shell, for roughly $1,500 to $5,000, and you project-manage everything else and stitch it together yourself.
A large agency will build the whole thing for $15,000 to $50,000 and up.
Doing it yourself costs mostly time, plus platform fees, and most experts stay stuck there for years because packaging a product is a different skill from knowing your material.
The 100-Day Build sits in between: the full build, done for you, by a team that runs strategy first so the thing actually sells once it exists.

Yes, for qualified clients. Most clients pay 50% up front and the balance at the Build phase, and we can split those further if it helps. We set the schedule during the proposal.
We don’t discount. If the budget is tight we look at scope, or we add bonuses rather than cutting the price. A discounted build usually just means a worse build, and that is not what you are paying us for.
It varies by client and offer, but the pattern is consistent: 90% of clients make their investment back and go on to run $5K to $20K a month, and 7 of our last 8 clients continued into ongoing work. Real examples, with numbers, are on the results page.
No. Every build is project-based and scoped in writing before we start, so you know the full cost up front and pay for outcomes, not clocked time.
Tell us on the call. Most experts need the whole system, but if you genuinely only need one phase we will say so and scope just that piece.
Yes. Payment plans are available for qualified clients, and we agree the installment schedule together during the proposal.
Book a call and we’ll map exactly what your build includes and what it costs. If it is not a fit, I’ll tell you on the call.
